The Division: new gameplay, info on skill trees, weapon mods and character select

Ubisoft Massive hosted a Community Q&A for The Division yesterday, and it included brief look at new gameplay.
During the session, a look at the skill trees was provided along with a look at weapon modifications, skins and how skill modifications will work.
Massive also showed the main character Select Screen, which confirmed players can create up to four characters.
