Xbox Preview Program members promised something special for their troubles

If you've been putting up with buggy Xbox One firmware so the rest of us don't have to, Microsoft will reward you for your services.

Microsoft's Mike Ybarra has revealed that members of the Xbox Preview Porgram who've helped the company with the various iterations of the new dashboard, will be rewarded.

"We might have something in store for Preview folks who helped us so much," Ybarra told a fan on Twitter.

The engineering lead did not specify what sort of gift it will be, so we'll have to wait to find out.

Recently, Ybarra confirmed the New Xbox One Experience will not support Kinect-based gestures.

The new Xbox One dashboard is a complete overhaul, based on Windows 10, and it'll be available tomorrow.
