According to Sony, AudioShield tech allows the user to enjoy nothing but audio, which will help reduce hearing your better half singing in the next room.

The headset has approximately 15 hours worth battery life for the noise reducing feature, and can be recharged using the USB cable included within the box.

It includes 13mm speakers, a built-in microphone for chatting, and can also be used with smartphones and tablets.

The headset also includes a microphone mute switch so no one knows you're going to pee when chatting on the phone as well as an in-line call button and easy access volume buttons.

No matter the size of your ear holes - unless you're outside the S, M, LG spectrum - there is an interchangeable ear-tip.

The headset will plug into your DualShock 4 as well as other standard headphone jacks on any device as well as PS Vita.

The In-ear Stereo Headset for PS4 launches in the UK and Ireland from December 4 and across Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Middle East and Africa from December 9 and will run you £77.99/€89.99.

A North American release has yet to be announced.
