Halo 5: Guardians has already made £7.7 million in the UK

Halo 5: Guardians had a banner launch day in the UK, according to figures released by Microsoft.

According to the firm, Halo 5 sold £7.7 million at launch in the UK alone. As of press time, sales figures from other regions haven't been announced.

Halo 5: Guardians topped the UK charts this week, outselling Halo: The Master Chief Collection by 50% during comparative launch periods.

It also outsold last week's number one, Assassin’s Creed Syndicate, by 50%.

The Xbox One title was released last week, and critics seem rather pleased with Halo 5: Guardians, as does Sherif who played around in the campaign for us.
