PixelJunk Shooter Ultimate arrives on PC today with 10% launch discount

PC users can now play PixelJunk Shooter Ultimate as it's available on Steam from today.

PixelJunk Shooter Ultimate combines the campaigns of Shooter 1 and Shooter 2 and was very popular with PS4 users, as it was downloaded over 1.4 million times.

Developed by Double Eleven in collaboration with Q-Games, the twin stick shooter with puzzle solving elements tasks player with saving scientists and uncovering the mysteries surrounding an ill-fated research trip.

Players will manipulate their environment to solve various puzzles; shoot it out with alien craft; and plenty more. It also features two player local co-op and an online vs battle mode.

It also contains the option to switch between two art styles: the new semi-3D environment which contains visual enhancements or play the classic style of the original games.

Those who already own PixelJunk Shooter on Steam can use the save game to continue on into the second chapter in PixelJunk Shooter Ultimate.

PixelJunk Shooter Ultimate is available on Steam and other online retailers for $9.99, but you can knock 10% off the price during launch week.

If you already own PixelJunk Shooter on Steam, you can take 20% off, and if you own PixelJunk Monsters, PixelJunk Eden or Nom Nom Galaxy you will also will also save 5% for each game. All promotions can be combined.
