A Star Wars Battlefront commercial has triggered a mass outbreak of emotion among people deadened to sensation by constant media stimulus. Well played, EA.

Thanks for the reminder that we are joyless capitalist pawns whose childhoods left us emotionally ill-equipped to handle real life, Star Wars! I guess I'll just go try to fill the black hole in my soul left by a lack of meaningful human connection and achievement by buying some more material goods. That'll show 'em.

No really: top stuff, well done. Star Wars Battlefront comes out on November 17 for PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
