It's another exciting moving carriage mission waypoint, so hop in a growler and chase it down to receive your first task.

Optional challenge: Do not touch water during this mission.

You now have to find Millner's contraband, but it's on a ship in the middle of the Thames. There are many routes to reach it including just swimming over or leaping from ship to ship, but if you're not confident you can make it with dry feet, get up on the bridge to the wast and wait for a vessel heading in the right direction, passing right by the target ship. Just drop onto it and let is deliver you in style.

You now need to place and ignite explosives to blow up the contraband.

Optional challenge: If you place three crates of explosives at regular intervals between the two westernmost sets of contraband, you can blow two of them up at once.

When all the contraband has been blown sky high, head to the next waypoint to assassinate Millner, As usual, it's up to you how you approach this one; stealthily clearing all the guards and going in for a classic assassination, or just starting a brawl and beating him down.

In either case, once he's down just leg it for Pearl Attaway. You can take the bridge to get back across the river for maximum efficiency.

Enter the target building via the northwest entry point. Go down the stairs in the southeast corner, watch the cutscene, and then take to your heels; if you're quick, there's only one guard you need to worry about, by the window you used to enter the building. Stab him and run for it, or you'll be stuck fighting a bunch of baddies.

Once you're safely away, the mission ends.
