Star Wars: Battlefront Walker Assault "too tough", will be balanced before release

It appears the poor Rebels were at a disadvantage during the Star Wars: Battlefront beta during Walker Assault mode, and it's because they chose the wrong side, the scum.

That's not really the case. Though that makes for a better intro line from someone who leans more toward lawful evil.

Anyway, according to DICE, it wasn't the power of the Dark Side after all, but a balancing issue within the beta, per the game's community manager Matthew Everett.

Lead multiplayer designer Dennis Brännvall also stated the mode was "too tough" and that the team will "make changes based on the feedback and data."

This means, hopefully, once Star Wars: Battlefront is released on November 17, it will be a fair fight for the Rebellion when battling it out on Hoth.
