Hijack Mr. Owen’s carriage
Damage the carriage to scare Owen
Stop the carriage

This is another chase mission, but at least you're not on foot. Meet with Charles Drawin, and then grab the closest carriage and take off after your target.

When you get close, climb onto the roof of your carriage (press the right bumper) and jump across to the target's vehicle (right trigger). You can then highjack it.

Once you have taken the reins, you need to deplete Owen's emotional health bar. the fastest way to do this is to avoid hitting any hostile carriages, which slow the process down, and just ram into everything else over and over again.

When you've completely smashed it up and the health bar is empty, just stop the carriage to complete the mission. Easy.
