Red Faction: Guerrilla just one of many highlights in latest Humble Bundle

Nordic Games has returned with a third Humble Weekly Bundle, and brought a pretty diverse bunch of titles with it.

Pay what you want over $1 to receive Silent Storm Gold Edition, Chaser, Jagged Alliance 1 Gold Edition and SuperPower 2 Steam Edition, as well as a voucher for 75% off Nordic Games titles in the Humble Store.

Cough up more than the average ($5.40 at time of writing) to also receive Desperados: Wanted Dead or Alive, Desperados 2: Cooper's Revenge, MX vs. ATV Unleashed, Black Mirror, Black Mirror 2, Black Mirror 3 and Red Faction Guerrilla Steam Edition.

Finally, $10 or more nets you The Book of Unwritten Tales 2.

Only Jagged Alliance and The Book of Unwritten Tales 2 are available for Linux and Mac, and all games are redeemed through Steam. As usual, you choose how your purchase price is split between publisher, organisers and charity, with donations going to Child's Play and Save the Children. You have one week to take advantage.

Seeing Red Faction there reminded me of the time THQ ran a Humble Bundle to stave off its then-inevitable bankruptcy. It worked, too; the scheme brought in $5 million and spiked THQ's dire stock.

It was about this time that the Humble Bundle scheme moved away from DRM-free, cross-platform indies towards a broader assortment of games - but its commitment to charitable donations has never wavered. Between its various bundle schemes and the Humble Store, the company has sent $63 million to a range of charities.
