Home Free - game where you play a stray dog has been funded on Kickstarter

Home Free, the indie game about surviving in a large city as a stray dog, has been funded on Kickstarter.

The game went up on Kickstarter last week, and met its initial $50,000 goal within five days.

A new stretch goal was added for the $55,000 mark, which has already bee met. This adds more tricks the player can learn and perform as a dog.

At $65,000 city docks will be added as a new area, at $80,000 cats will be added, and at $100,000 Corgis, Dachshunds, and Basset Hounds will be added into the mix, says developer Kevin Cancienne.

Plenty of behind-the-scenes updates are planned in the days ahead, along with some "cool and exciting announcements to make," according to the update on Kickstarter.
