In the video, lead game designer Quinn Duffy goes over the core gameplay, new features, and how the British army is represented. It also explores the real-life tactics employed by Winston Churchill's soldiers and how they are reflected through "the Hammer and Anvil paradigm."

It also takes a look at the infantry's effectiveness in cover along with the diversity of the combined Great Britain and New Zealand forces.

Company of Heroes 2: The British Forces is a standalone multiplayer expansion pack, and comes with six commanders, 15 units and eight multiplayer maps.

Those who have a Company of Heroes title in their Steam library will get 20% off on the pre-order.

The expansion will be made available on September 3 for $12.99/£9.99.
