Yoshi Woolly World amiibo pre-orders in France canceled due to damaged stock

Reports out of France state stores are having to cancel Yoshi Woolly World amiibo due to "damaged" stock.

While as of press time an explanation as to how the stock was destroyed wasn't been announced, Nintendo Life suggests the shipment was likely ruined during transit.

One retailer, Auchan France said over Twitter it was informed of the damaged stock by Nintendo.

Last month, those in the UK who pre-ordered the Special Edition of Splatoon from GAME UK were informed that a lorry transporting the stock from Nintendo’s European warehouse had been stolen.

As of press time, the culprits have yet to be identified nor is there any information on the whereabouts of the stolen shipment or the truck transporting it.
