It appears some rare amiibo will be back in stock soon in North America

Nintendo could be planning to restock ultra rare amiibo sometime soon, if recent Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act filings are any indication.

According to Nintendo Inquirer, documents found on Nintendo’s safety website denote an additional month of production has been added to various amiibo runs.

Some of the amiibo documents are figurines Nintendo hasn't confirmed as returning to shelves, save for the Wii Fit Trainer.

The only amiibo on the list that Nintendo has officially announced for a re-release is Wii Fit Trainer, but it appears the following rare amiibo may be headed back to North American stores at some point: Captain Falcon, Fox, Lucario, Pit, Rosalina & Luma and Villager.

Documents for common amiibo such as Bowser, Charizard, Dark Pit, Green Yarn Yoshi, Jigglypuff, Link, Mario – Silver Edition, Ness, Pikachu, Sonic, Toad, Zelda and Zero Suit Samus also popped up.

Nintendo is hosting a digital E3 2015 presentation on Tuesday, maybe we'll find out more then.

Thanks, Siliconera.
