Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night is now the most funded video game in Kickstarter history

Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night has become the most funded game in Kickstarter history and it still has one day left on the funding clock.

Development of the title is being led by designer and former producer of the Castlevania video game series Koji "IGA" Igarashi, and the project has raised $4,371,482 as of press time - which is much, much more than its initial goal of $500,000.

Just two more stretch goals are needed in order to unlock a prequel mini-game for Vita and roguelike dungeons.

Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night will be released on PC, PlayStation 4, Vita, Wii U and Xbox One.
