GTA movie "pretty well levered", says Paxton

GTA movie star Bill Paxton believes the project turns on an interestingly balanced debate.

The actor, who plays the notoriously anti-gaming former attorney Jack Thompson, has said the BBC drama puts Thompson and Rockstar founder Sam House on a "collision course".

"It's an interesting piece because it's pretty well-levered," Paxton told the Wall Street Journal in a video interview, making a balancing gesture.

"You've got the freedom of expression stuff, and then you've got also 'well gosh - is there a line there?'

"I thought it was a good script."

You can watch an extract from the full interview below.

A made-for-TV movie, Game Changer stars Daniel Radcliffe as Houser and tells the story of just one of the many controversies the franchise has weathered. It looks like the drama will air despite Rockstar's lawsuit.
