In LEGO Dimensions, Level Packs, Team Packs and Fun Packs based on fourteen brands will allow players to use buildable characters, vehicles and gadgets in mission-based levels. Plus, all expansion packs allow each product to be used interchangeably throughout the game.

In the trailer above, its is demonstrated how every LEGO vehicle and gadget "can be physically built and then rebuilt twice" for a total of three different objects. Once a building achievement is earned, players will receive in-game instructions showing how to use the same physical LEGO bricks to rebuild vehicles and gadgets for new abilities.

LEGO Dimensions will launch on September 29 for PlayStation 3, PS4, Wii U, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
