Battlefield Hardline: Criminal Activity map Backwoods detailed - reveal video, screens

One of the maps in Battlefield Hardline's Criminal Activity DLC is called Backwoods, and it features abandoned lumber mills along with wolf, gorilla and rabbit masks. Hit up the official reveal trailer below.

Located in the Pacific Northwest, Backwoods is set among the redwoods and streams of an old logging operation turned drug production facility.

Visceral promises dozens of "hills, gullies, and rock formations to hide in" and there's an ancient-looking covered bridge connecting the two sides of the map. It can be destroyed, so watch out for that.

Backwoods can be played in any mode, including Hotwire and Bounty Hunter. Visceral says "Hotwire is probably the best mode in which to experience this map," as it is the biggest of the four Battlefield Hardline: Criminal Activity maps and featured plenty of open spaces for drivers.

Battlefield Hardline: Criminal Activity will be released in June two weeks early for Premium members.

Leaks from earlier today showed various weapons as well as the other three maps contained in the DLC.
