The Witcher 3: The Fall of the House of Reardon

This simple quest is easy and pays well even if you're still a low level character.

The Witcher 3: The Hall of the House of Reardon

Grab this quest from the noticeboard in Lindenvale. Next door you'll meet Delores who will tell you a monster has moved into her manor. It's your job to head over there and kill the monsters.

What you experience inside the manor depends on your game status. If you meet either of the following conditions:

  • imported a save file in which the witcher Letho is dead
  • said Letho was dead while being questioned in Vizima

Then the quest proceeds in a straight forward manners, as outlined in italics below:

You need to fight a handful of Wraiths that shouldn't put up too much of a fight. In one of the smaller buildings nearby you'll find a small box that gives up the key to the big barn. It's inside the barn (there's a side door to the left of the building) that you'll find a chest with some money in it. Now just return to the old lass and you've done.

If, on the other hand, you:

  • imported a save file in which the witcher Letho is alive
  • asked after Letho when being questioned in Vizima

Then you'll find not wraiths but traps everywhere. Investigate a few, and you'll receive a prompt to check out one of the bigger structures. Enter, use Witcher Senses to find a ladder in a stall at the back of the building, and climb up to trigger a new quest - Ghosts of the Past.

Onwards to Ghosts of the Past, or back to Brothers in Arms: Velen, or back to The Witcher 3: Velen (No Man’s Land) secondary quests.
