During yesterday's earnings call, Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot revealed that starting this fiscal year, the mega publisher will not be developing or releasing games on old-gen consoles - PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 - with the exception of the Just Dance games.

"On Just Dance, we will continue to bring old-gen console versions. But on the other products like Assassin's Creed, Rainbow Six, The Division, and the unannounced franchise, we will not have old-gen versions."

The unannounced franchise Guillemot is referring to is the one that's due for a reveal later in the year.

The publisher did not talk about the Wii U in regards to which games - if any - will be coming to it.
