Final Fantasy Type-0 cinematic hints at a sequel to come - report

Final Fantasy Type-0 HD reportedly features some compelling clues pointing to a follow-up. Spoilers within.

The new version of Final Fantasy Type-0 is said to feature a secret cinematic not featured in the PSP version.

I'm not sure how the sequence is unlocked, especially as the game isn't out yet, but NeoGAF users describe it as "secret".

The video below apparently drops some heavy hints that a sequel will follow, but it's also said to be full of spoilers, so maybe you just want to take their word for it.

We can't say this comes as a surprise; Square Enix is clearly pretty keen on the game, having funded a big new-gen port, and it registered trademarks for Type-1, Type-2 and Type-3 way back in early 2011.

Final Fantasy Type-0 HD releases on PS4 and Xbox One on March 17 in North America and March 19 in Europe. It will include access to the Final Fantasy 15 Episode Duscae demo.
