Destiny weekly reset time not affected by US daylight savings kick off

The Destiny daily reset has moved by an hour - or not moved, depending on how you look at it.

Destiny resets weekly at 9:00AM UTC on Tuesdays.

For North American players, who have just switched over to daylight savings time, the reset will now take place an hour later than usual, at 2:00AM PDT.

However, the time hasn't actually changed - it's the clocks that have altered - so for those of us overseas, it should still occur at the time you are used to. Unless you've also wound your clocks forward or back, of course.

The weekly reset introduces a new Weekly Heroic Strike and Nightfall, and resets raid and other rewards. Destiny also resets daily, also at 9:00AM UTC, with a new Daily Heroic and bounties. Xur arrives at the daily reset on Friday.

This seems like an excellent time to remind you that you need to log out and log back in to see some effects of the reset if you happen to be in game when it occurs.
