Is Feudal Japan Mortal Kombat X's first skin pack?

An image is doing the rounds that suggests a Feudal Japan skin pack is coming to Mortal Kombat X.
As reported by MP1st, the game is due to get five DLC packs after launch, with one due on or very soon after the April 14 release date.
In case you missed it, there's been some chatter that the Predator will be a playable character in the new fighter.
