Winter Patch and community maps coming to Battlefield 4

DICE wants your help in creating community made maps for Battlefield 4.

The firm said it will help build the map based on community input and "expertise on what makes a fun multiplayer level."

Once created, it will be tested through the Community Test Environment which is available for Battlefield 4 Premium members. The community map will be a free download for players on all platforms upon release.

An update is also on slate for March dubbed the Winter Patch, which polishes netcode, soldier collision and contains tweaks to Squad Obliteration which "will become the lead competitive game mode" for Battlefield 4.
