Huge ships blow each other up in ten minutes of Dreadnought footage

Dreadnought is one of those games that you dream up one night in a fever and then 20 years later someone makes it real. Let's stare at it in rapt anticipation.

Dreadnought developer Yager commentates this footage of a 5v5 Team Deathmatch on the glacier map, which debuted at Pax South last week.

It introduces the Light Destroyer (assault) and the Light Tactical Cruiser (support), which can repair friendly ships and attack enemies. Also showcased are the Artillery Cruiser (sniper), Corvette (scout) and Dreadnought (heavy). There will be many more classes of ship in the final game.
