Game of Thrones Episode 2 suffering from a save bug on Xbox One

Owners of Game of Thrones: Episode 2 - The Lost Lords on Xbox One are reporting a serious save loss bug.

Multiple Xbox One users on Telltale's official forums have been reporting this bug since the release of Episode 2 on the platform.

A similar issue was reported by other users around the release of the first episode. For this one, the game would fail to recognise the choices made in the "My Choices" screen that shows up upon finishing the episode.

When this happens, the only thing players can do is play the new episode using the default options, just like all previous Telltale games.
