Here's a look at Mistwalker's cancelled RPG Cry On

Final Fantasy creator Hironobu Sakaguchi has released an animated teaser video for an RPG which was at one time in the works for Xbox 360 titled Cry On.

It was in development at Sakaguchi's Mistwalker studio and starred a young girl named Sally and her Bogle companion which could transform into a giant.

Players could switch between the two characters when faced with challenges designed for each character's respective specialties and size.

According to Eurogamer, Final Fantasy composer Nobuo Uematsu was pegged to compose the score and Drakengard 2 character designer Kimihiko Fujisaka from developer Cavia was also slated to assist on the project.

Announced in 2005, the project was eventually shelved and Mistwalker went on to develop Blue Dragon and other titles.
