Huge new The Sims 4 update adds loads of free content

The Sims 4 continues its habit of quietly pushing out new content for free in patches with the latest whopping update.

The Sims 4 version 1.3.18.1010 is now available, and like the last few post-launch updates, it's packed to the gills with additions.

The main focus of this update seems to be careers and aspirations. New business and athletic career paths are available, and all careers now have their own unique outfits, home decor, interactions and rewards. Additionally, Sims can now take paid holidays - both earned time off and family leave - and some goals have been tweaked in response to feedback.

On top of that, Maxis has released a bunch of holiday-themed items for free, which you can grab by clicking on the banners in the main menu and gallery; you'll go through a checkout process, but the add-on is free.

There are a bunch of other great improvements and additions; visit EA Support to see the full list.
