The Iron Banner returns to Destiny December 16

Bungie has confirmed that the Iron Banner will return on December 16.

Lord Saladin will grace the Tower with his presence once again on December 16, a week after the release of The Dark Below expansion and developer Bungie has posted a few details about it on the blog.

  • Lord Saladin returns to the Tower on December 16
  • He'll reset Event Standings – like a new season
  • Level 31 inventory can be earned by winners
  • The Dark Below will not be required to compete

All changes that have been implemented recently will also carry over to the upcoming event.
