DriveClub developer Evolution Studios has pushed another update to the multiplayer portion of the game to "ensure there are more events available."

The changes made were outlined today on the game's Facebook page.

"As more servers come online and regular server updates are rolling out we are steadily improving connectivity for everybody.

"Improving server performance is taking time, which is frustrating for all of us, but please understand that we are doing everything we can to get all aspects of online play up and running smoothly as quickly as possible," the developer wrote.

The post added that changes were made in multiplayer to "ensure that there are more events available" to players and to have more variety in events available.

"We will keep you up to date as we improve server performance for all aspects of online play. Thank you again for your support while this work continues."

The DriveClub situation seems to have improved over the last few days. With more players being able to play online. However, there is still no ETA as to when the PS Plus Edition will go live.
