PSN back online after latest outage

PlayStation Network and store services appear to be back online.

UPDATE:

The service appears to be back online, thankfully. Chris Owen, community manager at PlayStation Europe tweeted this, following the outage reports.

Currently there are no further updates about the PSN at this time, we're working on resolving the issue

Original Story: Reports have started appearing online on NegoGAF, Reddit and others.

Both Pat and Matt are not able to login as well. The error everyone is getting is "(NW-31456-9)." All online services and the store are affected by this outage.

There is currently no scheduled maintenance for any of the regions, and the official status page still shows the status as online
