The Temple of Titan

Follow the left path to the front gates of the temple. The monks here want double your tribute. If you refuse you'll get into a serious fight with the monks which will result in Titan being activated. Before the countdown finishes you will get the choice of Arrest or Death. If you're going down this route you'll have to accept Arrest.

If you don't want no more trouble it's fairly easy to get more goop from the barrels around the temple. Let's give that a try.

Finding More Tribute

Go back to the canyon and the outpost of the massacre, past where you met Skunk Pig. Go southwest where the path forks and attack the badgers, where you'll find more radioactive goop. Take it back to the temple.

At the temple go right and you'll see a small incline with trashed cars. Follow the path to another batch of goop. You can find the final batch by going up the center path and taking the narrow incline higher still, which looks down on the temple entrance. Cross the small bridge and break the fence using Brute Force. You now have enough tributes.

Take all the tributes to the Temple of Titan and you will be allowed through.

As you head for the exit to the wastelands Father Enola will ask you to investigate Silo-7. Accept the mission and go back to the exit to enter the World Map. Travel North of the Temple of Titan until Damonta appears on your map.
