Olli Olli makes the [insert skateboarding synonym for jump here] to PlayStation 3 and PS4 today.
Olli Olli’s PS3 and PS4 release date is August 27 in Europe and beyond, Sony has revealed.
Elsewhere, though, the indie skateboarding sim hit PS3 and PS4 in North America and associated regions today.
In both regions, you’ll save 10% at launch – 20% if you’re a PS Plus member.
We had expected it in July, but good things come to those who wait.
The home console version fully supports leaderboards, developer Roll7 revealed on the PlayStation Blog.
“Possibly our modesty had lead us to believe that only a handful of people might ever play the game, and therefore proper leaderboards wouldn’t matter,” Roll7’s Simon Bennett said of the Vita version’s obvious oversight.
“When literally tens of thousands of people grabbed the game within the first month, we saw the error of our ways, and agreed to make amends.”
Leaderboards are also on their way to the Vita version, but have been held up by a technical hiccup.
