Skill ranking system from Halo 2 returns in Master Chief Collection

The skill ranking system, which was very popular in Halo 2 multiplayer, will make a return in Halo: The Master Chief Collection.

Hopefully, this makes you happy.

Speaking with VG247 at gamescom 2014, the games executive producer Dan Ayoub dropped the news to our video maestro Sam Clay.

Ayoub said as soon as the collection was announced, the studio was asked repeatedly regarding the ranking system, but they wanted to hold off announcing it until gamescom.

Halo: The Master Chief Collection will release on Xbox One November 11 and Halo 5 is expected in 2015.
