GTA Online Heists: player roles and maximum payouts leaked

Players will be able to take on at least six different roles in GTA Online Heists, according to game code.

Driver, hacker, hired gun, leader, parachutist and sniper have all been uncovered in Grand Theft Auto 5's source code, along with simple icons for each role.

It's not known if these are all player roles, NPCs roles or a combination of the two. According to another modder, the maximum payout for pulling off a heist is $1.5 million, although this will decline the more you replay the mission.

GTA Online Heists have been promised since the game released but have yet to be included in any kind of DLC drop. We've already seen the animations that characters in-game will be using.

Now the game has been confirmed for Xbox One, PS4 and PC, we're half expecting Heists to be released at the same time as the next-gen versions of the game.
