Stream the Destiny beta soundtrack right now

Destiny. It's gone, and you miss it. Put it in your ears and try not to cry as you go about your business.

Destiny's soundtrack has been widely praised and it's great to have the opportunity to listen in ahead of launch day, as we've missed these inspiring strains since the beta closed.

This is an unofficial upload from YouTuber DestinyLive and likely ripped straight from the beta, so Activision or Bungie may issue a takedown. Enjoy it while you can.

Destiny's music was composed by Marty O'Donnell, who rose to fame among gamers for his work on the iconic Halo score. Unfortunately, he's since parted ways with Bungie - less than amicably, it seems, as he sued the developer over his termination. The suit resulted in a settlement, with O'Donnell to received about $95,000 in unpaid benefits and damages.

Destiny launches on PlayStation 3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One on September 9, which is so close now I can taste it.
