Titanfall is a fast-paced, challenging for shooter for those not in the know, that's why VG247's Dave Cook has started our new YouTube channel dedicated to Titanfall tips, strategies, news and more. Say hello to Cookie.

Hello readers, as some of you may know, I'm leaving VG247 and games writing on July 9. I felt like I needed a change after getting started in this whole 'games journalism' thing back in 2007. Although career changes are scary and exciting, I'm looking forward to new challenges, and want to express nothing but mad-love to the team here. They're a great, wildly talented bunch of people <3.

But, I can't exactly turn my back on games forever, so I've turned to making YouTube gameplay videos. I'll be doing these after I leave the site under the name Cookie. You'll find my channel here.

I'm playing a lot of Titanfall right now, so I've decided to start Cookie by creating a big series of weekly videos dedicated to tips, strategies, news, gameplay and new information about Respawn's shooter. As it happens I'm quite good at the game, and you can already find a few MVP matches on my channel.

It wont just be about Titanfall of course, as I plan on covering Destiny at launch, Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, and although it's not a shooter, I'll be doing a Bloodborne walkthrough next year, among others.

So if you want to keep following me after I leave VG247, Cookie is the place to do it. All that's left is to say thanks to anyone who has ever read my articles on this site, and I hope you join me through my pew-pew video journey.
