The Lost Crowns debuted on GameTrailers last night:

In the clip, global producer for Dark Souls 2 Atsuo Yoshimura confirmed that the DLC season would contain new enemies and items, and shows an area called The Poisoned Winds. He teased that this area will need to be tamed itself, suggesting there are puzzles or some sort of environmental challenge.

The DLC includes challenge routes that are harder for seasoned players. Yoshimura predicted that some people may be able to play solo, but imagined that they'd need to summon others to help. He hinted that there will be surprises for those who complete all three DLC packs.

On bringing Dark Souls 2 to PS4 and Xbox One, he added that here simply isn't time for that.
