Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne out now on PS3 in North America

Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne has launched on the PlayStation 3 PSN store in North America, as confirmed by publisher Atlus.


It was confirmed to Polygon today, along with a $9.99 price tag. The PS2 game originally launched across Japan in 2003, before coming to North America a year later.

    Finally I have the cance to play this!

    How does it feel compared to Persona? Is the gameplay like the gameplay of Persona, turn based rpg? I know Persona is almost the children version of other SMT games. P4 is one of my favorites games on PS2.

    @deathm00n yes it is turn based, and it has a mix between persona and pokemon, you can collect demons to fight, and evolve them. Personally i did like the story of shin more, not saying persona is bad by any means. If you like persona this is a must, and probably depending on your preferences, you might like it more.

    It’s also my favorite rpg from the ps2 days. Incredibly dark story but also extremely hard. Like Dark Souls hard. So prepare thyself.
