Microsoft’s Xbox E3 2014 Media Briefing will be streamed the Monday of E3 as per usual.

Titled Xbox: Game On, the Xbox E3 2014 Media Briefing will take place Monday, June 9 beginning at 9.30an PDT/12.00pm EDT.

You can stream Xbox: Game On live starting at 9am with pre-show coverage on Xbox.com, Xbox Live, and Windows Phone globally.

You can also watch Xbox: Game On on Spike TV in the U.S. and Canada.

During the briefing, in-depth looks at previously announced games and trailers for unannounced games coming in 2014 and beyond will be presented, according to Major Nelson.

The firm’s head of the Xbox division, Phil Spencer said recently the firm plans to announce new IP and sequels at the briefing as well as collaborations with new studios.

He has also promised time and time again that the developer and hardware maker will bring more games than hype at the show, and that there will very few executive on stage.

The presentation is expected to last 90 minutes.

    Microsoft so far is super prepared and I don’t hear Sony lately. They have been quiet for a while.

    and I think the reason is simple. Their financial future is not that great + they cancelled some games that costed like 100 million. That’s a lot. Few talented folks left Naughty dog and Santa Monica.

    I hope Sony will announce it’s plans. I remember 2010 and 2011 when in May they were like crazy leaking stuff all over the internet for some buzz… But they are quiet right now.

    Sony don’t need to, everyone loves them right now. MS have a lot of bad press to make up for, hence they’re shouting quite loudly.

    I suspect it’ll take something very special for MS not to come out of this E3 second best again. I also hope that Sony have more to play than another handful of indie games that, frankly, I couldn’t really care less about.

    @2 I don’t think showing a load of games that got delayed/scrapped would constitute making them best in show last year but nice try.
    Sony just doesn’t have the money to spend on something that, quite frankly, makes them very little profit.

    Microsoft seem to be barking the loudest, and If history has taught us anything, barking….. means fuck all. Sony at this point in way ahead as far as consoles sold so because their not out barking, getting Erthazus fanny wet Its an issue?!

    Sony win E3 year after year… I don’t see it changing this year. I hope Sony stay silent til the actual event, that’ll be awesome!

    This year E3 will be a defining moment for Xbox and Xbox One. If they don’t deliver exclusive content on their platform that excites people I fear they are in for a even more bumpy ride then they are already on.

    The thing with lists, is that it doenst matter how many games are put on it, there will be people that will find something to diminish their value under their point of view, like calling a game cartoonish looking, like it is something bad or wrong, and like borderlands or other great cartonish games do not exist. In the end making lists doesnt add or prove anything to a person that had a certainset of mind

    @ManuOtaku

    very true indeed. There is no reasoning with some people. Edo you asked for games because you could not remember the games they showed, I provided you with the list of 19 thet had on stage, multiplats or not they are “games” they showed at their conference. Do you forget how many multiplats Sony showed at theirs?

    @bobnice
    The point I was trying to make(and that was obviously sadly missed)is that most of the games shown were(are)available on other gaming platforms as well….and I’m not defending Sony here since I don’t own either Xbox or PS console…if @Dark is excited about MS conference because last year they shown a lot of multiplat games and expects the same this year than I fully support his opinion.

    @Erthazus other way around, i have been hearing a lot of sony, just last week they released a bunch of indie games and basically third party titles are releasing news about the ps4 and ps3, etc.

    the xbox hasnt said anything about a game except titanfall… and of course they are quiet, how fun is a conference if you know all the games in advance, also by your logic, MS has not said anything about the games of e3, so thats stupid so point at sony.

    also sony trademarked or registered 4 new ips, ms has 2 i think and also the news that the last guardian and uncharted will make an appearance at e3… how is sony quiet?! damn, so much sony, ms just says, wait for e3, we will have games. and 2011?? its 2014! dont go back 3 years, and may just started!!! at least wait till the end of may!

    e3 is going to be awesome…
