Watch Dogs multiplayer: free-roam applies to whole city, Morin answers fan questions

Watch Dogs multiplayer has been discussed in detail by Ubisoft's Jonathan Morin on Twitter, confirming that 8-player free-roam applies to the whole of Chicago, among many other things.
