Zynga's Mark Pincus stepping down from "all operational duties"

Zynga's Mark Pincus has announced he is stepping down from all duties at the company he founded.

Pincus will now act as chairman of the board and is dropping his title of chief product officer. He will have no employees under him any longer, and will cut back his hours at the company to one day per week.

Don Mattrick has appointed former XBL GM Alex Garden as president of Zynga Studios.
