Twitch to match remaining amount needed on Choice Chamber Kickstarter

Choice Chamber is a title on Kickstarter in development with Michael Molinari’s Studio Bean, which enables Twitch viewers to interact with a livestream of the game, similar to Twitch Plays Pokemon.

Like the aforementioned phenomenon, Twitch viewers are able to issue commands in chat, resulting in gameplay alterations.

With four days left to meet its $30,000 goal, Twitch has announced is will be matching what remains to be raised for Choice Chamber, which means it will cover half of the remaining amount. So for every dollar pledged, Twitch will match it. one).

“The Twitch community has already shown extraordinary enthusiasm for interactive games using Twitch chat,” Twitch director Brooke Van Dusen said in a statement per Gamasutra.

“Choice Chamber is an excellent example of how developers can embrace this next-generation concept, so we are helping support this evolution of gameplay experiences in the age of social video.”

This is the first game Twitch has funded, according to the firm.

Choice Chamber is in development for Mac and PC.

    “The Twitch community has already shown extraordinary enthusiasm for interactive games using Twitch chat” I’m pretty sure this is because they were playing one of the most famous game ever that everyone knows how to play and like to play. This one is a shot in the dark.
