Family Guy: The Quest for Stuff video shows the opening sequence

Family Guy: The Quest for Stuff is available from today on the App Store and Google Play. The free-to-play title is similar to The Simpsons: Tapped Out, as the player is tasked with rebuilding Quahog after a disaster happens – which you will see in the intro video below. I’ve been playing the game for the last couple of days, and it’s rather fun, but I’m having issues with personal time management. I’m impatient, you see. Anyway, I’ll let you know what I think of it once I have played it a bit more, so look for that later this week.

Played for about 10min, but now the game continues to crash on opening. Using iphone 4s :(

@hadamrw I’m playing it on my Android tablet and haven’t had any issues so far. I’m just annoyed at Bonnie at the moment: it takes her an hour to chug a bottle of wine. I can do it in half the time – she’s a lightweight. :D

Played it for about 1 hr…and crashed into a paywall.

U need 50 golden clams (premium currency) to advance..well I just have 10.
And you only get it by leveling, which gets much harder by hitting level 3:
Before level 3 you had the option to do some quests which took 6 seconds….and now the same quests take about or over 1 hr.

Maybe TinyCo heard how much money EA made with Simpsons Tapped out…and act now like like those Infestation: Survivor Stories/WarZ developers did.

I cannot recommend it, its an absolute shame. Stay away from it. Bird is not the word.

@pwndius_pilatus I didn’t find the pricing as expensive as The Simpsons: Tapped Out. Then again, I don’t pay for currency in mobile games. Granted, I will pay for some things in a F2P MMO, but that is a different beast altogether.
