Square Enix trademarks Journey of the Cursed King

Square Enix has filed for a trademark of the title 'Journey of the Cursed King' in the US.

The trademark listing covers video game software, strategy guidebooks, toys and online games.

This could very well be Dragon Quest 8: Journey Of The Cursed King, which was a mobile-only remake of the PS2 classic that was only released in Japan. So Square might be about to announce bringing it to the west, or it might be a new IP.
