Snowcastle Games is developing the title for Mac, PC, PlayStation 4, Wii U and Xbox One, the latter of which will be published through ID@Xbox.

The game has also been greenlit through Steam Greenlight.

At present, the Kickstarter is sitting at $82,245, and it has 13 days in order to reach its $150,000 funding goal.

"We have personally invested everything into this game," notes the pitch on Kickstarter. "We have gotten great support from the Nordic Game Program and the Norwegian Film Fund. We have awesome investors who believe in us, and the last piece of the financial puzzle is you, the player.

"With your support, we will achieve two things. Firstly, we’ll get the funds to complete the Festival of Magic chapter, and secondly, our investors can see that there is a viable amount of players out there who wants Earthlock. With the investors on board and the revenue from market platforms like Steam, PSstore etc. chapter II and III won’t necessarily need their own Kickstarter to be a reality."

Earthlock: Festival of Magic is set for release in Q2 2015.
