However, if you look at Famitsu’s chart, MGS5 came out on top with 151,300 units sold.

If you count the ninth place PlayStation Vita version of Samurai Warriors 4, the title moved 160,049 units which would make it the third best-selling title for the week.

MGS5: The Prologue (PS3&PS4) sold roughly above 210K for comparison sake MGS4 (PS3) sold 476K in its debut week. PS Vita/PS3/PS4 & 3DS are rising thanks to new releases, PS Vita more so than 3DS, PS3 more so than PS4.

The Wii U? Unsure what caused the bump? Hardware compared to last week is on the up, even 360. J-Stars Victory? Oh yeah theres no chance this will come out elsewhere considering the amount of characters/copyright issues to work out.

15 new games in top 16, niiice.
Quite happy for J-stars. For a while it looked to be flopping. Not now.
Vita numbers are amazing too, topping in Famitsu charts. Glad to see it improving there. PS4 holding on because of MGSGZ.

    Wow at Vita.
Glad to see PS4 staying above 30k. I really hope its sales pick up because of they don’t, then consoles are done for in Japan.
