Portal announced for Nvidia Shield, console marked down to $199 through April

Nvidia has announced it's teaming up with Valve to bring Portal to Nivida Shield, the video card maker announced today during the GPU Technology Conference.

A release date wan not provided, only that it was "coming soon" and would be "joining over 300 Shield-supported Android games currently available."

Nvidia also announced it has dropped the price of Shield to $199 through the month of April.

The system is also being updated to Android KitKat and a beta version of GameStream (via Polygon), allowing for PC game streaming on-the-go, will both be added on April 2.

On that day, Bluetooth keyboard and mice support will also be added.
