Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls is almost upon us, so Blizzard is winding down testing for the expansion and its accompanying patch. On the other hand, its winding up pre-order bonuses.

If you pre-order Reaper of Souls on Battle.net or redeem a retail key on or before March 31, you'll receive the following two items:

  • Wings of Valor: Summon the radiant wings of the Archangel of Valor for your characters in Diablo 3.
  • Valla the Demon Hunter: Unlock Valla the Demon Hunter in Heroes of the Storm - the upcoming free-to-play online team brawler featuring iconic Blizzard characters.

If you've already pre-ordered on Battle.net or plan to, you'll receive your Wings of Valor from March 20, via in-game notification.

Valla the Demon Hunter will, obviously, not be available until Heroes of the Storm has been released, at some distant future date.

Reaper of Souls arrives on Mac and PC on March 25. That's less than a month away now, so Blizzard has announced the closure of the public test realm for the expansion and the latest major patch.

All Beta and PTR accounts will be reset, including character information, and the forums will go into read -only mode.

Patch 2.0.1 is cvoming "shortly", Blizzard said - presumably at or just before release of Reaper of Souls. The expansion will be bundled with the PS4 version, but is undated for other consoles.
