Titanfall Xbox 360 development "coming along really well," says Respawn

Titanfall's PC and Xbox One beta has given players a window into the game before launch, but we're yet to see the Xbox 360 edition running. Despite its run of radio silence, Respawn assures gamers that development is "coming along really well."

Back in January we reported that Titanfall Xbox 360 is in development at port specialists Bluepoint Games. We've yet to see it.

Over on NeoGAF, Respawn's Drew McCoy said, "For all the speculation going on about the 360 version. Its coming along really well, Bluepoint is full of phenomenally talented devs. We (being Respawn) have been pushing for them to have all the time they need to make it as good as possible, which means extra time for them to polish it up. We'd all like it to be day and date, but a better game a few weeks later is better than an unfinished one earlier."

Titanfall hits PC and Xbox One on March 11 in the States, then March 14 in Europe. The Xbox 360 build has been delayed by two weeks to allow for additional polish.

What do you make of the delay? Can the Xbox 360 port stack up to its forebears? Let us know below.
